Every daily prompt question is to instil deeper thoughts about our daily lives. While some questions may look simple or stupid, it is for everyone to think or appreciate about the fact that we are still alive to learn about life on the earth.
My most favourite pair of shoes is the shoes of peace. With my feet fitted with the shoes of peace, I can climb up and down the rockiest mountain, walk on the uneven terrain, and trek through the thorny and muddy woods.
The Bible refers the shoes of peace to the shoes of the gospel of peace (Ephesian 6:15). A solid belief and grounding in the gospel of peace brings hope and strength to a Christian’s life. The gospel message is, at its core, a message of the peace that will envelop the entire world when God comes to establish His Kingdom on the earth. Christians wear the shoes of the gospel of peace on our feet, it provides us with a firm foundation that allows us to keep a sure footing in every difficult moment in life and prepare us to welcome the returning of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Before meeting our Lord, we continue to shed light by talking the gospel and walking the gospel faithfully and bring more people to the light of life.
