What experiences in life helped you grow the most?
Back in my childhood, and those in my generation, we were often taught to learn and grow from experience. If experience is the best teacher, then why many people are still sadder and sadder? Why losers are still losers; and the criminals continue to befriend with crime? Why “failure is the mother of success” does not work for everyone?
There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven: a time for war and a time for peace, a time to be wrong and a time to be right, and a time to hate and a time to love. All of these things taking place under heaven are for people to revere God.
The Bible teaches us to guard our heart, for it is the wellspring of life (Proverbs 4:23). The wise man or woman has eyes in his or her head, while the fool walks in the darkness. Wisdom begins from fearing God, our Creator, and helps us to deal with all unexpected events, challenges or consequences so that fate cannot overtake us.
The “born-again” life in the Lord Christ Jesus opens a path of righteousness and eternal peace to me.

Where are the pure in heart—truly rare in this world.
Where are those who seek righteousness—a chance encounter may yet be possible.
The pure in heart see through all things.
Those who seek righteousness give themselves for others.
From ancient times till now, there is nothing new under the sun.
The rare remain rare.
The possible may still be found.
A sleeping conscience is nothing new, but an awakened one is.
Under the sun, there is something new——
It is called hope rekindled!
