How has technology changed your job?
Technology serves as an electronic bridge, linking people, families, communities, governments, and nations worldwide. Without the internet, good practices could not be shared so quickly and widely, yet bad things—like crimes—would not be able to spread and cross national borders so uncontrollably.
Everything has two sides; likewise, every person has two faces—the dark force competing with the bright endlessly. In this kind of game, “win-win” is an unreachable dream.
The advent of Information Technology (IT) has indeed transformed communication into a boundless entity, operating in real-time across national boundaries and time zones. In this new millennium, digital platforms, mobile devices and the internet have eliminated physical, distance and time barriers to human interaction.
Talking with family, friends, colleagues or even strangers across the globe is a split second matter, as compared to the time where talking with people abroad by letter required months to travel. Parents who miss their young kids on overseas boarding school can now make video calls by phone or by computer at anytime and anywhere without extra costs.
The internet is an indispensable tool for sharing the gospel and personal testimonies instantly. While it flashes divine messages to the eyes, it does not deliver them to the heart. Divine messages touch the heart through the Spirit of God, not by human strength or power.
Information is influential, but not omnipotent; technology is unbeatable, but not almighty. While I pay tribute to technology, human, social, and spiritual elements remain potent, as technology cannot fully replace them.

So he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.
