Describe one positive change you have made in your life.
The fact that one is able to live is itself a testament to the truth of positivity. Living a positive life is a matter of personal choice—the choice to turn negative encounters into positive experiences.
From birth, a person is subject to change—from toddler to young child, from young child to teenager, and from teenager to adult. Changes are part of growth, constantly evolving in heart, mind, and body throughout a person’s life.
Positivism depends on an individual’s perspective. My positivism may be your negativism, and vice versa. Likewise, your perceived righteousness may be my perceived unrighteousness. In this world, there are so many “truths”—which one should we count on?
I would say: when the heart is positive, positive energy flows from it. Therefore, above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it (Proverbs 4:23). Our hearts listen to the one and only truth, which is the Word. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1).
Changes are ongoing, but turning points are not. As I grew to my current stage of life, I experienced several major turning points. The greatest of these is my born-again life, which turned flesh into spirit, the child of man into the child of God, and temporary life into eternal life. In my born-again life, I am created and renewed day by day in Christ by God, for every child of God is His handiwork (Ephesians 2:10).

Proverbs 21:2
“Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the heart.”
John 1:1–4
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.”
