Dear Lord,
You are the wonderful Saviour, Jesus Christ; You are my Lord. Because of You, I have entered a marvellous journey of life, with You by my side—I thank You! The morning light, the evening stars, the radiance and warmth they shine upon the universe make me feel loved. I love to behold the Lord’s backdrop, follow in the Lord’s footsteps, take up the Lord’s yoke, and learn from the Lord’s ways, for this is truly better than anything else. When I am weary, You make me lie down in green pastures; when I am thirsty, You lead me beside still waters. With You by my side, I shall not want; walking with You, every moment is wondrous. Lord, I love You, I delight in You, I need You, and I pray that You also delight in me. May all who walk the Lord’s path have peace guarding their hearts and grace sufficient for them. May the Lord also delight in our works and take comfort in the fruit borne by Your disciples. In this noisy world, when I look up and see the evening stars, help me lay down my burdens and enjoy the rest the Lord gives. Thank You, Lord! I pray in Your name, Amen!
