Dear Lord Jesus,
Our Lord Christ, thank You! That we could meet You is no accident—it is You who came seeking each one of us. Having met You, though we may say we can walk on with You, how few are those who truly follow in Your footsteps into the path of rebirth. The journey of life is not about pursuing what the eye can see, but about pursuing the Lord who cannot be seen. The journey of life is not a pleasure trip, but a pursuit of spiritual joy. O Lord, please teach us to know that we are not tourists but passing travellers—sojourners in this world who live out the way of truth, so that all may see the concrete reality of Jesus Christ as the Way, the Truth and the Life.
O Lord, from the descriptions in the Bible, I see You; from the words that come from Your mouth, I hear You speaking to me. Please hold my hand tightly, so that I may walk slowly onwards with You, and together with You trace out a clearly visible path home—until the day I see You face to face and embrace You face to face. And I pray that all who have such a heart may also receive grace, to see You and feel the warmth of Your hand. O Lord, besides You I have no other request, for Christ is all and is in all. Thank You, Lord! In Your name I pray. Amen!
